In the following you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions concerning Rimo, its services & solutions.
How can I book a training?
Select your desired training from the training overview and select your preferred date. The registration is binding, bookings can also be made via email: academy@rimo-systems.com
How do I know my booking was received?
If you book the training online, you will immediately receive a confirmation email after registration.
How will I know if the training is taking place?
One week before the training date, we will send you an invitation with all the necessary training details. For classroom trainings, this includes the training location. For web trainings, it includes the link to the online training room, along with date and time.
If the minimum number of participants (see terms and conditions) has not been met, you will receive a cancellation notice via email. You are welcome to register for an alternative date.
Do I need to bring anything to a classroom training?
Please bring your own PC (preferably a notebook with a mouse) with Google Chrome installed, and possibly a charger.
For Rimo App trainings, a smartphone with the installed Rimo App is also required.
After completing the training, you will receive all necessary materials, including:
- Exercise examples
- Login data for the training tenant (if required)
- The presentation
- Certificate(s)
If anything specific is required, you’ll find the info in the training invitation.
I can't attend a training I already booked – what should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible! This helps you avoid cancellation fees and increases your chances of securing a place at an alternative date.

I lost my certificate – what now?
No worries – just email us at academy@rimo-systems.com and we’ll send you a duplicate.
How can I request a quote for one or more trainings?
Please email us at academy@rimo-systems.com.
To prepare a quote, we need the following details:
- First and last name of the participant
- Address
- Name and address of employer or public job agency (e.g. AMS)
- Desired Rimo training
A quote is not a binding registration or reservation. Your training slot is only secured once the training is officially booked.
When will I/my company receive the invoice?
You will receive an invoice with our bank details within two weeks after the training. Please always refer to the invoice number when making payments.
What technical equipment is needed for web training?
You need a device with internet access (PC or notebook), a mouse, the Google Chrome browser, speakers or headphones, and a camera (mandatory for certification).
How do I join a web training via Microsoft Teams?
You’ll receive an invitation with the appropriate link for each training day. This link is only valid for the specified day. Make sure your profile contains a clear and identifiable email address. To ensure proper attendance tracking, please use your full name when joining.
I'm having issues with video or audio. What can I do?
- Internet connections can fluctuate – close Teams/browser windows and rejoin.
- Try a different browser.
- If multiple audio devices are connected, check if the correct one is selected.
- In Microsoft Teams, run the audio setup assistant.
- Restart your computer if nothing else works.
What materials/access will I receive after the training?
- Wiki links for covered topics
- Links to tutorial videos (YouTube)
- Access to a training user for 14 days for practice
How can I get certified and why would I need it?
Certification is available for all completed Rimo trainings, regardless of when they were taken. They are held online via Microsoft Teams (camera required). The certification is structured as a practical task with multiple exercises to complete in 1 hour. Some clients require certification to verify specific Rimo skills (e.g. for permission allocation). In tenders, certifications can influence the decision in awarding contracts. If booked together with a training, the certification costs €60 instead of €70 (combo deal).

I want to register more than 10 people or arrange custom training. What should I do?
We’re happy to arrange individual training sessions tailored to your team and requirements. Minimum group size is 4 participants. Custom training (including refreshers) is also available with a minimum of 4 people – please specify your desired topics when booking.
Can I book a training in English?
Yes, all Rimo Academy trainings and certifications are available in English.
They are scheduled individually and require a minimum of 4 participants.

Can I continue using my training account beyond 14 days?
If you already have a Rimo account, you can use the test system at any time for practice. If not, email academy@rimo-systems.com to request access.
My employer requires a certificate of participation – how do I get one?
Just send a request to academy@rimo-systems.com and we’ll provide your confirmation.
